1. Webinar Coaching Program:
- For coaching programs joined through webinars, no refunds are available, as the entire coaching program details are provided during the webinar.
2. Digital Resources:
- For digital products such as exam preparation templates, practice templates, checklists, and online courses, we offer a limited refund period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.

- Refund requests must be submitted via email and include your order details and a clear explanation of your reason for seeking a refund.

5. Cancellation of Direct One-To-One Coaching:
- Direct one-to-one coaching sessions can be canceled with prior notice. However, there are no refunds for this service, as it is provided directly to the customer.
